Job summary

Cerebra in India is seeking a Microsoft Copilot Developer/Lead/Architect for a full-time hybrid role across Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Delhi and Chennai. You will work hands-on across languages and platforms to build intelligent copilots and connected solutions.

The role requires strong experience with C#, Python, JavaScript, Power Platform, Azure services, OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and REST APIs, with focus on LLMs, prompt engineering, and DevOps.

Qualifications

• Hands-on development across C#, Python, JavaScript or PowerShell.
• Experience with AI concepts and frameworks including LLMs and OpenAI.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Experience with Azure services and Microsoft Graph APIs is a plus.
• CI/CD and DevOps experience for solution deployment.

FULL TIME Role || MNC Client || HYBRID Work Mode

Role: Microsoft Copilot Developer / Lead / Architect

Locations: Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Delhi, Chennai

Hands on Development Experience

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, etc.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and frameworks such as Large Language Models, OpenAI, etc.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
• Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Generative AI concepts.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI, and RAG architectures.
• Experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and custom connector development.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: C#, Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and solution deployment
