Genzeon has established a dedicated Microsoft Practice and is investing in deepening its strategic partnership with Microsoft. We areseeking an Associate Director of Microsoft Alliance & Partnerships to own and grow the alliance end to end.
The Alliance Associate Director is responsible for maximizing the value of Genzeon's relationship with Microsoft — driving jointgo-to-market and co-sell, achieving and maintaining Microsoft Designations andSpecializations, growing Azure consumption, managing the full operational backboneof the partnership (Partner Center, incentives, tagging, referrals), andbuilding Genzeon's presence on the Microsoft commercial marketplace. Success ismeasured in partnership status, co-sell pipeline and wins, ACR growth, and theinvestments and incentives unlocked from Microsoft.
Key responsibilities
Go-to-market & co-sell
- Defineand drive joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives with Microsoft,aligning Genzeon's offerings to Microsoft's priorities and solution areas.
- Ownthe co-sell motion end to end — build and maintain the co-sellsolution portfolio, register co-sell-ready offers, manage IP-co-sell andservices co-sell, and drive deal referrals in both directions withMicrosoft sellers.
- Partnerwith internal account teams to help close deals by connecting themwith the right Microsoft sellers and orchestrating joint pursuit activitiesincluding Account planning sessions.
Designations, Specializations & ACR
- Ownthe roadmap to achieve and maintain Microsoft Solutions PartnerDesignations and Specializations, managing partner points,performance, skilling, and audit readiness.
- DriveAzure Consumed Revenue (ACR) growth across customers and engagements,tracking consumption and partnering with practice teams to accelerate it.
Relationship management
- Buildand manage relationships with key Microsoft stakeholders, includingthe Partner Development Manager (PDM), co-sell/partner sales teams,and relevant business-group and field contacts.
- Developand maintain the annual partner business plan with Microsoft andrun a regular partnership cadence and business reviews.
Partnership operations & incentives
- Manageall partner tagging and attribution — PAL (Partner Admin Link),CPOR (Claiming Partner of Record), and DPOR (Digital Partner of Record) — to ensure Genzeon is correctly credited for influence and consumption.
- Own PartnerCenter and Supplier/partner portal administration and hygiene(memberships, users, competencies, compliance).
- Trackand maximize Microsoft incentives, investments, and funding —ensuring Genzeon is tapping every available program (incentives/rebates,MDF/co-op marketing funds, activity-based and consumption-basedinvestments, ECIF and similar deployment/POC funds).
- Manage deal referrals, referral pipeline hygiene, and reporting.
Marketplace
- Prepareand own the Microsoft commercial marketplace solutions roadmap,working with internal practice teams to identify and shape offers.
- Own publishingof offers on the Microsoft marketplace, including professionalservices offers and SaaS transactable offers, and manage theirlifecycle, private offers, and go-to-market on marketplace.
Enablement & reporting
- Enableinternal sales and account teams on how to engage Microsoft, useco-sell, and leverage partnership benefits.
- Maintaina partnership scorecard and report on alliance KPIs — co-sellpipeline and wins, ACR, designation/specialization status, incentivesearned, and marketplace performance — to Genzeon leadership.
- Ensureongoing compliance with the Microsoft Partner Agreement and programrequirements.
Requirements
Required skills and experience
- 10–15years overall, with 5+ years in a Microsoft alliance / partnerdevelopment / partnerships role at a Microsoft partner or ISV.
- Deep,hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem: SolutionsPartner designations, Specializations, co-sell, and theincentives/investment landscape.
- Proven,practical experience with Partner Center, partner tagging (PAL,CPOR, DPOR), and the Microsoft commercial marketplace (publishing professional services and SaaS transactable offers).
- Demonstratedtrack record driving ACR / Azure consumption growth and co-sellpipeline and wins.
- Strong relationship management skills with a network of, or proven abilityto build relationships with, Microsoft field, partner, and PDM contacts.
- Commercialand analytical acumen — able to track incentives, model partnership ROI,and report to leadership.
- Excellentcommunication, cross-functional orchestration, and stakeholder-managementskills.
Highly desirable

- Experiencetaking co-sell-ready and marketplace offers to market, includingtransactable SaaS.
- Familiaritywith Azure, Azure AI, and ideally healthcare.
