Job summary

Zorba AI is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 L2+ Support Engineer to manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services, identity and access management, security, compliance and endpoint management. You will administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive, and manage Entra ID with MFA and Conditional Access.

Responsibilities include L2/L3 incident handling, RCA, and coordinating with Microsoft support, plus documenting service health and knowledge articles.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services at enterprise level.
• Proficient in Exchange Online mail flow, roaming and mailbox management.
• Strong expertise in Azure AD/Entra ID, MFA and Conditional Access.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 L2+ Support Engineer to manage, administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services, identity and access management, security, compliance and endpoint management.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID, user/group administration, MFA, Conditional Access and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Troubleshoot Exchange Online mail flow, transport rules, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, mailbox migrations and Outlook escalations.
• Support Microsoft Purview, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), retention policies, eDiscovery and Microsoft 365 security configurations.
• Handle escalated L2/L3 incidents, perform root-cause analysis (RCA) and coordinate with Microsoft support.
• Manage incidents, service requests and changes within SLA; maintain technical documentation, service health reports and knowledge articles.
• Provide technical guidance to L1 support engineers.
• Administer Microsoft Intune for Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM).
• Troubleshoot Active Directory (AD) issues, including user accounts, groups, authentication and directory-related problems.
