Job summary

Uniqlife Biosciences is seeking a microbiology laboratory professional to perform routine analysis of raw materials, in-process and finished products. You will conduct TVC, yeast and mold counts, and water testing including PW and WFI for microbial counts and endotoxin levels, ensuring IP and USP compliance.

You will maintain microbial cultures, perform identifications with biochemical tests and automated systems, prepare media per SOP, and support validation of cleanroom processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Microbiology or closely related field.
• Strong knowledge of microbial analyses and quality control.
• Experience with culture handling, identification, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine microbiological analysis of raw materials, finished products and in-process samples.
• Conduct TVC and Yeast & Mold counts and monitor water systems (PW, WFI).
• Test water for microbial count and endotoxins (LAL) and ensure IP/USP compliance.
• Maintain microbial cultures (subculturing, preservation) and perform identifications using biochemical tests and automated systems.
• Prepare culture media per SOP and verify media performance with Growth Promotion Tests (GPT).
• Operate and monitor autoclaves and dry heat ovens; maintain autoclave records and logs.
• Maintain culture records and traceability; support validation of cleanroom processes.
