Job summary

Adler Talent Solutions is seeking a Microbiology QC professional to monitor environmental conditions and perform microbial analyses across lab areas and water samples. The role involves reviewing data, maintaining records, and ensuring adherence to SOPs to support product safety and quality.

This position requires hands-on calibration, sample handling, and participation in investigations of any microbiology-related failures.

Responsibilities

• Temperature, RH and differential pressure monitoring of Microbiology Lab areas and refrigerator.
• Microbial limit tests, Pathogen and Bioburden tests of Raw material and Finished product per spec.
• Sampling of water.
• Chemical and Microbial Analysis of Raw, Purified, ETP and drinking water.
• Environmental monitoring by settle plate method.
• Observation of MLT and environmental monitoring of plates.
• Calibration and maintenance of microbiology laboratory instruments.
• Management of culture and sub-culture.
• Management of media reconciliation and Growth Promotion Test.
• Media preparation and sterilization.
• Management of sample during microbiological analysis.
• Preparation of new SOPs and periodic review of SOPs of Microbiology-
• Maintaining all microbiological records and logbook.
• Bacterial Endotoxin test, TOC and pH conductivity.
• Microbial Assay, Bacterial Endotoxin test, Sterility analysis.
• Microbial Assay, Bacterial Endotoxin test, TOC and pH conductivity.
• Reporting of any OOS parameter during EM, MLT or sterility testing.
• Training of microbiologist.
• Review of Microbiology raw data & reports.
• Involve in investigation related to any failure with respect to microbiology.
• Review of microbial trends.
• Preparation/review of Standard Operating procedures for microbiology Laboratory functions.
• Monitoring and Review of personnel monitoring.
• Monitoring and Review of all Microbiology procedures and activity
• Monitoring and Review of Analyst Qualification Procedure
