Job summary

Grupo Cunado in Chennai, India, seeks a local Technical Engineer with expertise in metal structures to work in an international environment and in technical offices or similar.

You will review drawings, client specifications, and data sheets, attend KOMs, and provide technical support to the Project Manager and Document Controller, ensuring alignment of technical requirements with project procedures.

Qualifications

• Technical training will be valued (Graduate in Engineering, Technical Engineering or higher, mentions mechanics, electronics, and / or control).
• Technical knowledge of metal structure.
• Knowledge of materials and international regulations applicable to valves.
• Proven experience working with Worldwide Engineering firms (PETROFAC, PETROJET, DODSAL, TECNICAS REUNDIAS, TECHNIP...) and industrial equipment supplies.
• Knowledge of common contractual terms.
• Knowledge of logistics (Incoterms), tariffs, and taxes internationally.
• Proven experience in similar positions for at least 3 years working in manufacturers of metal structure or distributors oriented to EPCs.
• Excel at an Advanced Level.
• English language, spoken and written at a high level (test will be carried out).
