Job summary

Careernet is seeking an experienced Exchange Online and Hybrid Exchange administrator to own the technical support and configuration of enterprise messaging environments. You will automate messaging changes with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph, ensuring smooth mail flow, transport rules, and security across Microsoft 365.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Exchange Online, Exchange Server SE, and migration activities from on-premises to Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft 365 Exchange or enterprise messaging administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration and Exchange Online in enterprise environments.
• Deep working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server SE and Hybrid Exchange architecture.
• Proven ability to manage mail flow, SMTP routing, connectors, transport rules, MX records, and message trace.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting experience for automation, reporting, and operational administration.

Responsibilities
