We’re looking for an experienced Professional Services Consultant to join a growing, high-impact team!

Experience: 3+ years

Location: India

Domain: Software Consulting | Manufacturing | MES | Cloud

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client business needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams on project execution
• Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems
• Provide technical guidance and best practices
• Contribute to continuous service & process improvements

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience in Manufacturing Processes & MES
• Hands‑on with Docker & Containerization
• Knowledge of APIs, XML, JSON, OAuth
• Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP
• Experience with Monitoring & Logging tools
• Ability to work with AI tools for architecture decisions

Preferred:

• Exposure to JIRA, Salesforce, Smartsheet
• Knowledge of QMS, LMS

Travel Requirement: 25–50%
