MedDeviceJobs seeks an MES Engineer to design, develop, implement, and maintain MES solutions for Bengaluru manufacturing operations, ensuring production continuity and data integrity in a regulated setting.

The MES Engineer will collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Engineering, and IT teams to deliver robust MES solutions, integrate with ERP/SAP, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement across production processes.

Responsibilities

• MES System Development & Support: Design, configure, develop, and implement Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions to support manufacturing operations.
• MES System Development & Support: Maintain and enhance MES functionality to meet evolving business and operational requirements.
• MES System Development & Support: Support system integrations with enterprise platforms such as ERP, SAP, and other manufacturing systems.
• MES System Development & Support: Manage MES configuration, modeling, and controlled system changes.
• Production Support & Troubleshooting: Provide hands-on support for production-impacting MES issues.
• Production Support & Troubleshooting: Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve MES-related incidents using structured root cause analysis methodologies.
• Production Support & Troubleshooting: Implement temporary workarounds when necessary while driving permanent corrective actions.
• Production Support & Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities.

Job description

Engineer to support and enhance manufacturing operations through the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of MES solutions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring production continuity, system reliability, compliance, and operational excellence within a regulated manufacturing environment.
