You will work with cross-functional teams to assess targets, prepare investment memos, and support due diligence across consumer health, FMCG, or healthcare sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field (MBA/CA a plus).
• 4–6 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and evaluation of M&A opportunities aligned with client objectives.
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence for potential targets.
• Prepare business cases, investment memos, and presentation materials for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external advisors during deal execution and support integration/separation planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the sourcing and evaluation of M&A opportunities aligned with Client’s business objectives.
• Conduct financial modeling , valuation analysis, and preliminary due diligence for potential targets.
• Support the preparation of business cases, investment memos, and presentation materials for internal stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather operational, legal, financial, and market insights during due diligence processes.
• Coordinate external advisors (e.g., bankers, consultants, legal counsel) as needed during deal execution.
• Help develop integration or separation plans in collaboration with functional leads post-transaction.
• Track and report on the M&A pipeline and deal progress to senior management.
• Stay updated on consumer healthcare market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory changes relevant to M&A
  

Requirements

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance , Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CA qualification is a plus.

Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience in mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate development, ideally within consumer health, FMCG, or healthcare industries.

Skills:

Strong financial modeling , valuation, and analytical skills.

Excellent project management abilities and attention to detail.

Effective communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed, and cross-functional environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of M&A research databases/tools is a plus.
