Thoucentric is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams on ERP and SaaS implementations. The role requires delivering projects within scope, time, and budget, in a hybrid work environment at our Bangalore office.

You should have 6–12 years of relevant experience, PMP/PRINCE2 or SAFe, and strong communication skills. We offer growth opportunities, open culture, and collaborative peer group.

Qualifications

Requirements

Required Skills:

• IT Project Management,Stakeholders' management, Excellent communication, Analytical andProblem-solving skills, planning skills with attention to details
  
• The ideal candidate for thisrole needs to be an excellent leader with experience in managingcross-functional teams to deliver results within the necessary framework,adhering to cost, and project delivery timelines.
  
• Experience in working onprojects involving large scale ERP or SaaS based IT Product implementation
  
• Experience in working inWaterfall, Agile and/or Hybrid project environments
  
• Prior Exposure in FMCG ITPrograms will be an added advantage
  
• Strong working experience inMicrosoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint etc.) including good presentationskills
  

EducationalQualifications:
