Job summary

Casafina Imports in India seeks an experienced Merchandising & Product Development Manager to own the end-to-end product development and merchandising process, from concept to production. You will collaborate with our US-based product and design team, Indian factories and suppliers, and internal operations to ensure new products are developed efficiently, competitively, and on schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in merchandising, product development or sourcing.
• Experience with Indian factories and suppliers.
• Experience in handicrafts sector.
• Strong understanding of product costing and manufacturing.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and follow-up skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple developments simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to factories when required.
