Working closely with the founders and London team, you will manage product development and production in India - from design handover and sampling through sourcing, supplier coordination, and bulk production. This is a hands‑on, on-the-ground role requiring regular visits to factories, suppliers, markets and vendors across Delhi NCR and beyond.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Attend design handovers and translate briefs into clear technical packs for proto, SMS and production.
  • Launch and follow up proto and SMS samples, working directly with factories through development and fittings.
  • Source and manage fabrics, trims and raw materials, identifying new suppliers and specialist vendors where required.
  • Coordinate embroidery, print, surface development and other specialist techniques from initial brief through approval.
  • Visit factories and suppliers regularly to monitor sampling, resolve development issues and keep styles on schedule.
  • For ad hoc or experimental styles, source and manage local tailors, pattern cutters, craftspeople and specialist makers outside the regular factory network.
  • Manage development‑to‑production handovers, ensuring approved specifications, materials and construction details are correctly followed.
  • Monitor bulk production and conduct in‑line and final quality control.
  • Maintain the seasonal range plan and critical path, keeping the wider team updated on the status of every style.
  • Proactively flag delays, quality concerns and development issues, working with suppliers to find solutions.
THE CANDIDATE

  • Degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Technology or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern cutting, fabrics, trims and manufacturing.
