Job summary

Talent Seeds Corporate Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking a candidate with 6+ years of experience in woven export garments to manage end-to-end product development through shipment. The role focuses on quality, vendor management, and timely delivery in a fast-paced export environment.

You will monitor sampling approvals, manage lab dips and fabric color approvals, and coordinate T&A (WIP) with suppliers to ensure deadlines are met and reports are timely.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in woven export garments.
• Experience in end-to-end product development from concept to shipment.

• Handle end-to-end product development till shipment with quality, vendor, price, and on-time delivery.
• Monitor sampling approvals, ensure timely submission with good execution.
• Manage lab dips, bulk fabric colors and quality submissions.
• Collaborate with suppliers, negotiate prices, quantities and timescales; monitor production status to meet deadlines.

Job description

(Candidate with above 6 Yrs experience in woven export garments to handle end to end product development till shipment, ensure right quality, right vendor, right price and on time delivery. Closely monitoring sampling approval process and ensure on timely submission along with good execution. Handle all Lab dips, bulk fabric colors and quality submission. Follow up T&A (WIP) on regular basis, ensure reporting on-time delivery regularly. Collaborate with suppliers, to negotiate prices, quantities and timescales, monitor production status and take proactive actions to meet shipment deadlines. Immediate joiners are preferred.)

Salary: 5.40 Lakhs to 6.6 Lakhs PA

Location: HSR Layout, BENGALURU.
