Job summary

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–7 years of experience in merchandising
• Experience in hardgoods merchandising and export management
• Experience working with international/global buyers
• Background in artisanal products and natural-fiber products
• Strong knowledge of product development, costing, and pricing
• Good understanding of global retail standards and buyer expectations
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
• Ability to work with tight timelines and manage multiple priorities
