Qualificações

• ITI/ Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or MEP trades is required.
• 25 years hands-on MEP/facility maintenance experience.
• Experience in schools, hospitals, hotels, or large facilities is an advantage.
• Comfort with hands-on electrical and plumbing work.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out routine and preventive maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues (lights, fans, switches, sockets, DBs, wiring).
• Handle plumbing maintenance: water supply lines, taps, valves, drainage, washrooms, leaks, sanitary fittings.
• Monitor water pumps, motors, tanks and related equipment.
• Carry out basic mechanical maintenance of equipment and building services.
• Inspect MEP systems regularly and identify maintenance issues.
• Attend breakdowns and maintenance complaints promptly.
• Maintain records of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized MEP works.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled MEP Technician to handle the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across the school campus. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance, along with basic mechanical and facility maintenance knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine and preventive maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues involving lights, fans, switches, sockets, DBs, wiring, and basic electrical equipment.
• Handle plumbing maintenance, including water supply lines, taps, valves, drainage, washrooms, leakage, and sanitary fittings.
• Monitor and maintain water pumps, motors, tanks, and related equipment.
• Carry out basic mechanical maintenance of equipment and building services.
• Inspect MEP systems regularly and identify potential maintenance issues.
• Attend breakdowns and maintenance complaints promptly.
• Maintain proper records of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized MEP works.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and school requirements.
• Maintain tools, equipment, spare parts, and maintenance materials.
• Support emergency maintenance requirements whenever necessary.

Qualification & Experience

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, MEP, or a related technical trade preferred.
• 25 years of hands-on MEP/facility maintenance experience.
• Experience in schools, hospitals, hotels, residential/commercial buildings or facility management will be an advantage.
• Should be comfortable handling hands-on electrical and plumbing work.

Preferred Candidate

We are particularly looking for a hands-on technician with strong Electrical + Plumbing skills, who can independently handle day-to-day maintenance requirements and coordinate other MEP activities when required.
