Job summary

Sangath Infrastructure is seeking a field-based MEP Supervisor to oversee installation of building services across multiple floors, ensuring quality and adherence to schedule. You will coordinate with civil, architectural, and structural teams, manage commissioning of vertical risers, pumps, fire alarms, generators and HVAC, and ensure compliance with ASHRAE, NFPA and NEC, along with safety regulations.

You will also prepare method statements, material approvals and as-built drawings,

• Supervise the installation of BMS, HVAC, electrical, fire-fighting, plumbing, and drainage systems across multiple floors.

MEP contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Ensure MEP activities are fully integrated with civil, architectural, and structural works.

Ensure all vertical risers, pump systems, fire alarms, generators, and HVAC systems are commissioned to standards.

Ensure all installations meet local building codes, international standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, NEC), and safety regulations.
