A reputable MEP service provider seeks an MEP Foreman to supervise the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for landmark projects in the UAE. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in site supervision and installation knowledge. Responsibilities include managing daily activities, planning resources, and ensuring safety compliance on site. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an MEP Foreman or Mechanical/Electrical Chargehand.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems installation (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience in site supervision and workforce management.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily MEP site activities and ensure installations meet drawings and standards.
• Oversee installation of mechanical (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Plan and manage manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Coordinate material requests and ensure timely availability on site.
• Lead and instruct tradesmen and laborers, ensuring daily targets are met.
• Monitor productivity, progress, and overall site performance.
• Maintain reports (progress, time & motion) and highlight delays or issues.
• Ensure proper documentation and marking of completed installations.
• Enforce health & safety regulations, including PPE compliance.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
