Job summary

Analemma Group invites applications for an MEP BIM Designer III based in Pune. The role focuses on building and maintaining BIM models in Revit, aligned with BEP and project standards for global projects.

The candidate should have 4–6 years of experience in MEP BIM design, with strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems, and the ability to produce technical drawings and calculations. USA project exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Strong BIM design capabilities using Revit and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM models for assigned disciplines in Revit, in line with project standards and BEP requirements.
• Prepare detailed technical construction drawings, calculations, and specifications for MEP systems.
• Set up mechanical, electrical, and plumbing BIM models from early design stages.
• Create HVAC ducting and piping layouts per sizing calculations.
• Monitor MEP Revit models to ensure BIM standards are followed and compliant with local codes.

Job description

We are looking for MEP BIM Designer III to join our team where no two days are alike, and learning is a constant pursuit!

The candidate for this role is a skilled and versatile BIM designer with strong expertise in

Autodesk Revit to support multi-discipline BIM delivery for global projects.

Experience

4-6 years

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.

Skillsets required

• Revit
• AutoCAD
• Skills good to have:
• Carrier HAP or Trane Trace or E20 for heat load calculations

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM models for assigned disciplines in Revit, in line with project standards and BEP requirements.
• Ability to prepare detailed technical construction drawings, calculations, and specifications for MEP systems.
• Setting up mechanical, electrical, and plumbing BIM models from early design stages.
• Preparation of HVAC ducting and piping layouts per duct and pipe sizing calculations
• Monitoring the project’s MEP Revit models to make sure company BIM standards are
• followed.
• Ensure drawings meet local building code compliance as well as client requirements.
• Creating Revit families and performing BIM audits regularly to meet project needs.
• Following right QA/QC process to maintain optimum quality of model Maintain clear documentation of BIM processes, updates, and deliverables.
• Ensure drawings meet local building code compliance as well as client requirements.
• Perform QC checks and BIM Audit to meet project requirements.

USA project exposure will be added advantage
