ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Student Mentoring Engagement (Mandatory Responsibility)
- Mentor approximately 100 students per month under the scholarship program (mandatory).
- Conduct regular one-on-one mentoring sessions (telephonic/online) with a structured approach.
- Track academic progress and performance, and provide actionable guidance for improvement.
- Deliver theme-based mentoring sessions (career guidance, employability skills, personal development).
- Ensure consistent student engagement and participation across all program activities.
- Identify at-risk students early and take ownership of interventions, including escalation where required.
Student Lifecycle Management
- Manage the end-to-end student journey from onboarding to graduation and job readiness.
- Support students in college/course selection and academic decision-making.
- Provide career guidance and readiness support, including basic exposure to career pathways.
- Ensure continuity and consistency in student engagement across academic years.
Academic Tracking Compliance
- Ensure 100% compliance in collecting required documentation from scholars on time, including semester results, updated CVs, and valid fee receipts for scholarship disbursements.
- Track academic trajectories closely and report vulnerable cases to management proactively.
- Ensure scholars are fully onboarded and active on required internal platforms (ERP, Moodle)
Intake Onboarding
- Support student outreach and onboarding processes.
- Conduct telephonic interviews for student shortlisting.
- Ensure accurate document verifi cation and eligibility checks.
- Orient students on scholarship processes, expectations, and guidelines.
Student Coordination Follow-ups
- Drive scholar engagement and ensure high attendance for external upskilling and holistic development sessions (e.g., Mental health sessions, Career readiness sessions, and technical workshops).
- Gather feedback from students post-sessions and help facilitate in-house peer mentoring or offi ce mentoring initiatives.
- Maintain regular and proactive communication with students.
- Ensure timely follow-ups for attendance, surveys, documentation, and program activities.
- Address student queries and concerns eff ectively, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
Data Management Tracking
- Update and maintain student data on MIS/portals
- Track mentoring interactions and student progress
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of records
Project Support Documentation
- Develop case studies, student success stories, and qualitative insights.
- Prepare student profiles and reports as required.
- Contribute to program reviews by sharing observations and insights from student interactions.
Problem Solving Ownership (Diff erentiator for Coordinator Role)
- Handle complex student cases independently with sound judgment.
- Take proactive ownership of student outcomes rather than only task execution.
- Identify gaps in student engagement or program delivery and suggest improvements.
- Demonstrate consistency, accountability, and a solution-oriented approach in day-to-day functioning.

- HOURS OF WORK - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- WORKING CONDITIONS - The job can involve working conditions that include 8-hour shifts between 7 am and 7 pm, depending on the availability of the students.
