One Story in Mumbai is seeking a skilled Menswear Designer (Wovens) to lead the end-to-end design and development of woven apparel. You will drive construction, fabric selection, fit, and technical documentation while collaborating with merchandising, sourcing, production, quality, retail, and marketing teams to deliver commercially successful products.

The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of experience in menswear design and product development, strong pattern development, and proficiency

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in menswear design and product development.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, woven fabrics, fit, pattern development, and manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop seasonal and core menswear collections.
• Create technical sketches, tech packs, BOMs, and product specifications.
• Review samples, fittings, and provide fit and construction feedback.
• Coordinate with sourcing, production, quality, and merchandising teams.
• Manage product development timelines and documentation.
• Stay updated on global fashion trends, fabrics, and manufacturing techniques.
• Ensure accurate product data and launches across digital platforms.
