Qualifications

• Experience with melting furnaces, induction or electric arc furnaces, and handling molten metal safely.
• Knowledge of basic metallurgy, alloy compositions, and process parameters relevant to casting operations.
• Ability to read and follow production instructions, process sheets, and basic technical drawings.
• Familiarity with industrial safety practices, PPE, and safe material handling procedures.
• Attention to detail, strong observation skills, and ability to record process data accurately.
• Physical ability to work in a hot, heavy industrial environment and perform manual tasks as required.
• Prior experience in foundry, casting, or metal processing industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor melting furnaces and melts.
• Prepare charge materials and ensure target temperatures and compositions.
