Salary is up to 9 LPA, with a 25–30% hike on last drawn CTC based on experience and interview performance. Graduates with relevant insurance experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to general insurance.
• Assist customers with property and casualty insurance-related queries.
• Provide information regarding policies, coverage, claims, billing, and account-related concerns.
• Resolve customer issues professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow process guidelines.
• Meet quality standards, performance targets, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
