Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy seeks a skilled operations professional to manage shift duties for MEE and ETP plants. The role involves startup/shutdown per SOP, supervising troubleshooting, and maintaining log sheets for plant performance.

The candidate will monitor effluent quality, propose improvements, and ensure proper hazardous waste disposal. Knowledge of wastewater lab parameters is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating MEE and ETP plants.
• Ability to start up/shut down MEE plant per SOP.
• Experience maintaining log sheets for plant operations.
• Knowledge of wastewater lab parameters: COD, MLVSS, TDS, SS, Total Hardness, Ammonical Nitrogen.
• Responsible for hazardous waste disposal.

Responsibilities

• Operate MEE and ETP plants and manage shift operations.
• Start up and shut down MEE plant per SOP.
• Supervise, monitor, and troubleshoot MEE and ETP.
• Maintain log sheets for plant operations.
• Conduct observations to monitor effluent quality and recommend improvements.
• Report abnormalities to section head and implement corrective actions.
• Handle hazardous waste disposal from MEE and ETP.
• Monitor lab analysis parameters (COD, MLVSS, TDS, SS, hardness, ammonical nitrogen).

Job description

• Responsible for all shift operations related to MEE, ATFD& ETP plant.
• Should be able to start up and shutdown MEE plant through standard operating procedure.
• Supervise, monitor & help in trouble shooting of MEE & ETP.
• Maintain Log sheets of MEE & ETP plant operations.
• Conduct MEE & ETP observations to monitor the effluent quality & make recommendation for improvement.
• Reporting of abnormalities, failure to section head and take corrective measures as per guidelines.
• Adequate knowledge for different parameters of lab analysis of wastewater like COD, MLVSS, TDS, SS, Total Hardness, Ammonical Nitrogen, etc.
• Will be responsible for hazardous waste disposal generated from MEE & ETP.
