The role focuses on meeting potential doctors in areas like Hadapsar, Manjari, Kharadi, and surrounding Pune locales, achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, planning tours, ensuring availability of brands, and maintaining strong trade-channel relationships.

Qualifications

• Graduation is required; candidates with any field are eligible.
• Candidates should have 0-5 years field sales experience as Medical Representatives.
• Valid two-wheeler license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Meet doctors, chemists, hospital authorities to promote products.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by conversions.
• Plan field tours and campaigns; ensure product availability.
• Maintain trade channel efficiency and resolve issues quickly.

• Meeting Potential Doctors as per Working schedule regularly with the help of seniors to promote company's product & generate max. prescriptions through conversion.
• Meeting & Achieving Successful outcomes from Doctors, Chemists, Hospital Authorities & Stockiest.

• To achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, product wise and unit wise, head quarter wise for the Area.
• Plan and execute own tour programs and joint field work. Plan for effective input utilization and campaign execution as per brand matrix.
• Ensure availability of all brands (particularly new products launched) at the retailer level.
• Smooth functioning of trade channel (stockists/institutions) by ensuring optimum primary secondary ratio, secondary stock days, no outstanding and speedy resolution of any issues

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Graduate with 0 - 5 years experience as a Medical Representative prefer from Pune area - Hadapsar , Shewalwadi , Manjari , Kharadi

Candidates must have Two Wheeler with License

Candidates must know the Pune
