• Maintain and organize inpatient and outpatient medical records.
• Collect patient files from relevant departments according to hospital procedures.
• Check medical records for completeness and proper documentation.

• Arrange and file medical records using the hospitals approved classification system.
• Enter and update medical record information in the hospital information system.
