Job summary

Amura Health is seeking a doctor-leader to guide medical teams, ensure daily deliverables, and address complex operational situations. You will work with leadership to shape how healthcare is delivered at scale, improve patient journeys, and optimize doctor operations.

This role focuses on identifying root causes, balancing clinical quality with operational efficiency, and driving outcomes across departments in India.

Responsibilities

• Leading doctors, not just workflows; you’ll guide teams with escalation support and day-to-day operational clarity.
• Manage the pulse of the medical team, ensuring smooth daily deliverables and handling complex operational situations.
• Work with leadership to build scalable healthcare delivery systems, patient journeys and doctor operations.
• Identify patterns, root causes and bottlenecks at the intersection of clinical quality, operational efficiency and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Health Coaches, psychology, product and leadership to integrate care delivery.
• Handle high-impact conversations, support teams through difficult situations and drive cross-department alignment.
• Become a doctor-leader who shapes how an entire healthcare system functions.

What you'll actually be doing :

Leading doctors, not just workflows. Youll be the person teams look up to for guidance, escalation support, decision-making, and day-to-day operational clarity.

Managing the pulse of the medical team. From ensuring smooth daily deliverables to handling complex operational situations, people challenges, and clinical escalations.

Working closely with leadership to build and improve how healthcare is delivered at scale systems, processes, patient journeys, and doctor operations.

Demonstrates the ability to identify patterns, root causes, and operational bottlenecks. Youll constantly work at the intersection of clinical quality, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams Operations, Health Coaches, psychology, product, and leadership to build a truly integrated healthcare ecosystem.

Handling high-impact conversations. Whether its supporting teams through difficult situations, managing escalations, or driving alignment across departments.

And somewhere along the way, becoming the kind of doctor-leader who doesn’t just treat patients but shapes how an entire healthcare system functions.

What are we looking for?

Someone who has completed their MBBS and has gone on to pursue an MBA/MPH/ any Hospital Administration/ Healthcare Management
