• Graduation or equivalent medical qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct general medical consultations and assess patients presenting with common illnesses and minor medical complaints.
• Perform basic health assessments including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, BMI, and other clinical parameters.
• Provide first aid and initial medical management during emergencies and arrange referrals when required.
• Conduct routine health check-ups, preventive screenings, and wellness assessments per protocols.
• Counsel patients on lifestyle modification, nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and preventive healthcare.
• Review medical history, document consultations, maintain patient records, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Identify patients needing specialist consultation or advanced care and facilitate referrals.
• Support health awareness programmes and employee wellness activities.
• Ensure infection control, patient safety, and hospital policies are followed.
• Monitor medical supplies and emergency equipment in the Wellness Centre.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and diagnostic services to ensure smooth patient care.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and proper documentation of interventions.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct general medical consultations and assess patients presenting with common illnesses and minor medical complaints.
• Perform basic health assessments, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, BMI, and other relevant clinical parameters.
• Provide first aid and initial medical management during medical emergencies and arrange referrals or transfers when required.
• Conduct routine health check-ups, preventive screenings, and wellness assessments as per established protocols.
• Counsel patients on lifestyle modification, nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and preventive healthcare.
• Review medical history, document consultations, maintain patient records, and ensure accurate medical reporting.
• Identify patients requiring specialist consultation, investigations, or advanced medical care and facilitate appropriate referrals.
• Support health awareness programmes, vaccination initiatives, and employee wellness activities, wherever applicable.
• Ensure compliance with infection control practices, patient safety standards, medical ethics, and hospital policies.
• Monitor medical supplies, emergency equipment, and essential medications available at the Wellness Centre.
• Coordinate with nursing staff, diagnostic services, and other hospital departments to ensure smooth patient care.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and ensure proper documentation of all medical interventions.
