Medicover Fertility seeks an experienced Quality Assurance leader to oversee the QA Department, ensuring NABH standards and service quality across the unit. You will supervise staff, facilitate training, and coordinate with clinical and admin teams to meet quality objectives.

The role requires meticulous documentation, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with leadership to optimize resources and reduce costs while maintaining patient safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospital quality assurance and NABH standards.
• Ability to coordinate with medical, nursing and admin teams.
• Strong documentation and data management skills.
• Experience in audits, CME programs, and staff training.
• Ability to supervise a QA team and manage schedules.
• Focus on cost efficiency and resource optimization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day activities of junior doctors.
• Coordinate documentation, leave/locum, and training.
• Maintain medical statistics and documentation.
• Drive NABH compliance and quality assurance programs.
• Conduct regular rounds and liaise with nursing staff.
• Coordinate medical audits and committee meetings.
• Act as In-Charge of QA Department and supervise staff.
• Review patient records against QA criteria.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through resource management.

Job Purpose

Ensure optimum clinical operational efficiency of unit by coordinating with various functional leaders to achieve target operational growth & profitability and maximize internal & external customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Day to day monitoring of the Junior Doctors
• Restoring, Documentation, Leave/locum, Training related coordination
• To maintain medical statistics and proper medical documents in sections.
• To be innovative for effective management of resources, thereby reducing operational costs.
• To ensure meticulous implementation and monitoring of NABH, Standards, Teaching and Training program related to Quality Assurance, DNB & CMEs.
• Regular morning rounds.
• Liaisoning and coordinating with the Nursing department for smooth functioning.
• Liaisoning between the management and the Junior Doctors in absence of Medical Superintendent.
• Coordination with TPAs as and when required.
• To calculate confidential data-clause and period of death with total number.
• Maintenance of monthly MIS as and when required.
• Coordination of Medical Audit and arranging for other Committee Meetings on scheduled time.
• To act as an In-Charge of Quality Assurance Department.
• Manages department and overall expectations pertaining to setting accurate schedules, costs and resources.
• Ensures delivery against QA department goals and objectives, i.e. Meetings, commitments and coordinating overall quality assurance schedule.
• Provides necessary definition, development and deployment of Service quality addressing all phases of service development.
• Directly supervises quality assurance team, quality assurance coordinators including the preparation and delivery of staff performance evaluations.
• Reviews and evaluates patients medical records, applying quality assurance criteria.
• Any other jobs that are assigned by the superiors as per exigencies of work.
