Job summary

Knack RCM is seeking a CPC Certified Medical Coder Experienced to join our Medical Coding / Revenue Cycle Management team in Mohali. The role focuses on reviewing patient records and assigning ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes in line with guidelines and payer requirements. You should have 1–2 years of experience, a CPC certification, and a graduate degree.

Immediate joiners are preferred. Familiarity with E/M, ophthalmology and surgery coding is a plus; strong attention to detail and productivity

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in medical coding, E/M coding (Outpatient, Inpatient, ED)
• CPC/ CCS/ COC certification preferred or mandatory

Responsibilities

• Review patient medical records and clinical documentation

The candidate will be responsible for reviewing patient medical records and assigning accurate medical codes for diagnoses, procedures, and services in compliance with coding guidelines and healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities
