Harmony United Psychiatric Care is seeking a confident PR & Communications Associate to support public relations, media outreach, content development, and brand visibility for our US healthcare operations.

Freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience are welcome, with strong English communication and a willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing and executing PR and communication activities.
• Research media outlets and opportunities for outreach.
• Draft press releases, media pitches, articles, blogs, emails, and corporate announcements.
• Support media outreach and build relationships with publications and journalists.
• Assist with earned media to improve brand visibility and coverage.
• Create content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and other channels.
• Coordinate with US-based stakeholders and internal teams on communication needs.
• Conduct research on healthcare industry trends and media opportunities.
• Maintain consistent messaging and brand reputation across channels.
• Prepare monthly PR trackers and reports on outreach activities.

Position Overview

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and creative PR & Communications Executive to support public relations, media outreach, content development, and brand visibility initiatives for our US healthcare operations.

Freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written English communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the confidence to communicate professionally with US-based stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing public relations and communication activities.

• Research media outlets, journalists, publications, and potential media opportunities.

• Draft press releases, media pitches, articles, blogs, emails, and corporate announcements.

• Support media outreach initiatives and help build relationships with relevant publications and journalists.

• Assist with earned media activities to improve brand visibility and secure media coverage.

• Create and coordinate content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and other communication channels.

• Coordinate with US-based stakeholders and internal teams to understand communication requirements.

• Conduct research on healthcare industry trends, relevant news, and media opportunities.

• Support brand reputation management and maintain consistent messaging across communication channels.

• Maintain PR trackers and prepare monthly reports on outreach activities and media coverage.

• Assist with communication campaigns and other marketing initiatives as required.

• Ensure professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality in all communication activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field.

• Freshers or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience may apply.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in communicating with US-based stakeholders.

• Good writing, research, and content creation abilities.

• Basic understanding of public relations, media outreach, and corporate communications.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and professional email communication.

• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

• Internship experience, college publications, writing samples, or PR-related projects will be an advantage.
