Genpact, a global leader in AI and digital transformation, invites applications for the role of Manager/Sr. Manager, Media Reconciliation.

You will lead end-to-end media reconciliation operations across Broadcast, Digital, Print, Outdoor, and Direct Response channels. You will own reconciliation governance, ensure invoice-to-buy matching, resolve discrepancies, and drive the Media Buy lifecycle with strong oversight of OTC and PTP processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance and/or Masters in Finance.
• Experience in Media Reconciliation and Finance operations.
• Exposure to OTC and PTP processes and media finance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Media Reconciliation operations across Broadcast, Digital, Print, Outdoor and DR channels.
• Own reconciliation governance, ensuring accurate invoice-to-buy matching, discrepancy resolution and timely closure of items.
• Drive resolution of complex reconciliation issues involving Agencies, media buyers, vendors and client finance teams.
• Develop strategic oversight of the Media Buy lifecycle, including setup, actualization, invoicing, reconciliation and billing processes.
• Provide leadership across Media Finance operations with understanding of OTC and PTP processes and dispute management.
• Lead governance reviews, client escalations, and strategic planning with senior stakeholders.

Job Description

• Lead end-to-end Media Reconciliation operations across Broadcast, Digital, Print, Outdoor, and Direct Response media channels
• Own reconciliation governance, ensuring accurate invoice-to-buy matching, discrepancy resolution, buy actualization validation, and timely closure of open items, ensuring delivery against contractual commitments, SLAs, KPIs, quality, productivity, and customer expectations
• Drive resolution of complex reconciliation issues involving Agencies, media buyers, vendors, client finance teams, and agency stakeholders
• Develop strategic oversight of the Media Buy lifecycle, including buy setup, modifications, actualization, invoice receipt, reconciliation, clearance, and billing processes executed through media platforms
• Provide leadership across Media Finance operations with strong understanding of Media OTC processes including Billing, Media Receivables, Revenue Reconciliation, and dispute management
• Demonstrate strong understanding of both OTC and PTP processes and their interdependencies across agency, client, and vendor ecosystems
• Lead governance around Sequential Liability processes, client funding dependencies, vendor obligations, receivables exposure, and financial risk management
• Monitor operational performance through SLA/KPI dashboards, aging trends, reconciliation metrics, quality controls, and productivity measures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client finance leadership, media investment teams, agency stakeholders, and vendor partners
• Lead governance reviews, business reviews, client escalations, and strategic planning discussions
• Establish robust governance frameworks around operational risk, data security, segregation of duties, financial controls, and compliance requirements
• Drive automation, digital transformation, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across Media Finance operations
• Present executive-level insights, performance trends, risk assessments, and transformation roadmaps to leadership teams and client stakeholders
