Confluencr - Global Influencer Marketing Agency in Bengaluru is seeking a Media Production Trainee to join the onsite team and gain hands-on experience across shoots. You will assist with camera, lighting, and audio setup and help format content for Reels, YouTube, and ads.

This 3-month internship emphasizes practical production exposure, collaboration with the production team, and adaptation to a fast-paced shoot environment while building core media production skills.

Qualifications

Strong interest in content production, shoots, and digital media.
Basic understanding of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
Willingness to work on-field and be part of shoot environments.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setup.
Prior internship/project experience in production is a plus.
Familiarity with production equipment and setup.
Basic understanding of social media content formats (Reels, YouTube, ads).
Problem-solving attitude during on-ground execution.
