Job summary

Multiversity in Bavdhan, Pune is seeking a hands-on Social Media & Marketing Trainee with a strong interest in video creation, photography, and editing. You will shoot, edit, and publish engaging reels and short-form content for social platforms while learning brand communication across Multiversity and Multia.

You will plan content calendars, coordinate posts on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, and explore AI tools for ideation and workflows.

Qualifications

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in social media or content creation.
• Degree in Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, Photography or related field.
• Portfolio of reels, photography, or video editing projects preferred.

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media & Marketing Trainee with a strong interest in video creation, photography, and editing. The ideal candidate should enjoy capturing moments, shooting reels and videos, editing visual content, and creating engaging content for social media.

Along with content creation, the candidate will get exposure to social media planning, brand communication, campaigns, and digital marketing across Multiversity and Multia.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit videos, reels, and short-form content for social media platforms.
• Capture photographs of office activities, events, team interactions, and brand initiatives.
• Edit videos and photographs using relevant editing tools to create engaging visual content.
• Develop creative ideas for reels, videos, stories, and social media campaigns.
• Plan content calendars and coordinate social media posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Work with design and content teams to execute creative campaigns.
• Stay updated with social media trends, video formats, photography styles, and content ideas.
• Assist in developing social media strategies and brand communication.
• Track content performance and suggest ideas to improve reach and engagement.
• Explore AI tools for content ideation, editing, and creative workflows.

Required Skills

• Good practical knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Photography skills and an eye for framing, composition, and lighting.
• Ability to shoot engaging videos and create reels independently.
• Creative thinking, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
• Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools is an advantage.
• Good communication skills, organisation, and willingness to learn.
