Job summary

National Institute for Smart Government (NISG) is seeking a Media Consultant to lead media campaigns across print, audio, visual and social channels. The role involves creating engaging content, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting decision-making with research on policies and schemes.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in media communications, strong writing and design sense, and familiarity with web/UI/UX concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass Communication/Journalism/Public Relations/Multimedia or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the relevant field.
• Desirable: Graphic Design certification and familiarity with web/UI/UX basics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute media campaigns across print, audio, visual and social media.
• Create engaging content and creatives for various media platforms.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for timely delivery.
• Research policies and schemes and perform data analysis to inform decisions.
• Prepare presentations for senior management with updates and recommendations.
• Assist senior officers in drafting reports and meeting documentation.
• Monitor media coverage to support communication plans.

Job Title: Media Consultant

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master's Degree in Mass Communication/ Journalism/ Public Relations/ Multimedia & Communications, or a related field.

Desirable:

• Prior experience working with government organizations/ PSUs in the relevant field will be given preference.
• Additional qualifications, research experience, published papers, and post-qualification experience in the relevant field will be given preference.
• Certification in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Experience in web design and UI/UX principles.
• Knowledge of animation and video editing tools.
• Familiarity with 3D design software.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in the relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute media campaigns, including print, audio, visual, and social media.

• Ensure smooth communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
