Job summary

vCommission Media Private Limited in India is seeking a results-obsessed Google Ads Media Buyer to lead high-intent CPS campaigns. You will plan, execute, and scale conversions while focusing on profitability.

You will build bottom-funnel keyword strategies, optimize CPA and ROAS, and collaborate with affiliate teams to align offers for global, high-scale performance campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Google Ads (conversion-focused campaigns).
• Strong experience in CPS / Affiliate / Performance Marketing.
• Proven ability to drive high-intent traffic → conversions → revenue.
• Expertise in keyword intent mapping (BOFU heavy), conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, Trackier), funnel optimization & arbitrage.
• Hands-on experience with high-budget, ROI-driven campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with focus on profit, not just volume.
• Prior experience in affiliate networks / performance agencies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and scale Google Ads campaigns focused on high-intent conversions (CPS model).

• Run A/B tests on ad copies, landing pages, and conversion flows.
• Manage budgets aggressively while maintaining positive ROI benchmarks.
• Collaborate with affiliate & advertiser teams for offer alignment & scaling.
• Ensure real-time issue identification & optimization cycles aligned with performance KPIs.
