Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Indore is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to supervise technicians and contract workers performing Predictive, Preventive and Breakdown maintenance on AFBC boilers. Experience with DCS operation and Thermopack is valued, and the candidate should meet boiler certification prerequisites.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily toolbox meeting and allocate jobs as per the skills of the manpower
• Supervise technicians and contract workers executing Predictive, Preventive & Breakdown maintenance activities
• Ensure timely completion of work by continuously monitoring, planning and scheduling the maintenance activities
• Maintain & review the logbook to analyze the last 24 hour work activities
• Conduct and coordinate interdepartmental troubleshooting and repair activities during breakdown
• Maintain the material (spares) inventory for smooth execution of all maintenance tasks
• Conduct JSA (job safety analysis) before initiating for permit and ensure safety standards are met
• Provide OJT (on job training) to technicians
