Job summary

Tempsens Instruments India Limited is seeking a hands-on trainer to deliver CNC, VMC, Lathe and welding training within our manufacturing-focused program in Rajasthan. You will mentor participants, conduct practical assessments and help shape the course curriculum to meet industry needs.

You will also support the development of the training centre, including lab setup and equipment recommendations, ensuring the programme remains employment-oriented and aligned with current manufacturing

Qualifications

• Hands-on training delivery in CNC, VMC, Lathe, Welding and manufacturing processes.
• Mentor participants and conduct practical assessments.
• Review and improve curriculum based on industry requirements.
• Support the development of the training centre, including lab setup and equipment recommendations.
• Ensure the programme remains industry-oriented and employment-focused.
