Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage overall mechanical maintenance activities of the plant.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
• Troubleshoot industrial machinery and minimize equipment downtime.
• Handle maintenance of pumps, compressors, conveyors, gearboxes, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Plan machinery installation, commissioning and shutdown maintenance.
• Manage maintenance spares, inventory and external vendors/contractors.
• Lead and supervise the maintenance team and allocate daily work.
• Identify recurring equipment issues and implement RCA.
• Coordinate with the Production team to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures and maintenance standards.
