Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, align, and maintain mechanical equipment such as Reactors, Blenders, dryers, and compressors.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance as per maintenance schedules.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Follow GMP, SOPs, and safety procedures during maintenance activities.
• Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams during maintenance and changeovers.

Install, assemble, align, and maintain mechanical equipment such as: Pumps, gearboxes, valves,HVAC-related components

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance as per maintenance schedules

Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtime

Follow GMP, SOPs, and safety procedures during maintenance activities

Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities, logbooks, and work permits

Coordinate with production and quality teams during maintenance and changeovers

Support equipment qualification, validation, and calibration activities

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in manufacturing areas

Ensure correct use of tools, spares, and personal protective equipment (PPE)

Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment

Identify improvement opportunities to enhance equipment reliability and performance
