Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with at least 5 years of factory experience, preferably in the copper or metals industry. The ideal candidate will handle production operations, machine maintenance, manpower planning, and technical supervision to ensure efficient and smooth manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily copper production activities and ensure achievement of production targets.
• Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Plan and allocate manpower according to production schedules and shift requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and mechanical issues on the shop floor.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.

Qualifications:
