Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Project Site Engineer/PMC monitoring and governance role for wind construction sites in Gujarat. You will coordinate crane mobilization, erection readiness and movement sequencing between WTG locations, ensuring safety and compliance.

You will review lift readiness inputs, monitor unloading and handover readiness, and coordinate interfaces with civil, mechanical erection, HSE, logistics and contractor teams, without taking on contractor execution responsibility.

Qualifications

• Appointed Person lifting supervisor or heavy-lift planning certification preferred
• Crane manufacturer, rigging and transport-safety training desirable

Responsibilities

• Coordinate main crane and auxiliary crane mobilization, erection readiness, dismantling and movement sequencing between WTG locations.
• Review lift readiness inputs including route/access condition, crane pad readiness, component delivery sequence, rigging readiness and crane utilization constraints.
• Monitor WTG component unloading, laydown, preservation and handover readiness in coordination with Store/Inventory and Erection teams.
• Coordinate lifting sequence interfaces with civil, mechanical erection, HSE, logistics and contractor teams without assuming contractor execution responsibility.
• Track crane movement constraints, logistics bottlenecks and recovery actions affecting erection productivity.
