Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a qualified professional to support site execution of heavy lifting operations, crane movement studies, and erection methodologies for equipment and piping modules. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential to produce accurate lifting and erection drawings.

The role involves reviewing engineering drawings, developing lifting schemes and crane layouts, coordinating with back-office and field teams, and ensuring adherence to safety and lift plans during on-site activities in

Qualifications

• Understanding of heavy lifting operations and crane movement studies.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for preparing lifting drawings.
• Experience in developing heavy lift and erection schemes including crane layouts.
• Knowledge of cranes, rigging equipment, and lifting inspection requirements.
• Site visits to support erection activities as per lifting plans.

Responsibilities

• Understand heavy lifting operations and crane movement studies for equipment, structures, and piping modules.
• Read and interpret engineering and construction drawings.
• Use AutoCAD to prepare lifting and erection drawings.
• Develop heavy lift and erection schemes, including crane layouts and rigging.
• Know cranes, rigging equipment, tools & tackles, and lifting inspection requirements.

• Familiar with heavy equipment transportation and unloading activities.
• Apply safe lifting practices, risk assessment, and constructability considerations.
• Coordinate with back-office, construction, and site execution teams.
