Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical engineering is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or related field.
• Location: Vapi, Gujarat, India.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth execution of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Maintain plant equipment and utilities in good working condition.
• Ensure availability of maintenance spares and tools.
• Support uninterrupted utility supply for plant operations.
• Coordinate with production and other departments.
• Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
• Promote safe work practices and technical skill development.
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Maintain Water Ring Vacuum Pumps and Steam Traps.
• Monitor and manage maintenance spare parts.
• Support workshop repair and maintenance jobs.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA.
• Maintain maintenance reports and records.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and AMC services.
• Support procurement of maintenance equipment and spares.
• Train and guide maintenance technicians.
• Follow all safety and engineering procedures.
