Jai Ganesh Industries in Pimpri-Chinchwad (Pune area) invites fresh graduates to join as Jr Application Engineer (Trainee). You will undergo structured training while supporting metrology equipment services in the mechanical sector.

You'll learn to work with CMMs, Laser Trackers and 3D Scanners, interpret drawings, perform installations, and contribute to process improvements. Travel to client sites will be required; strong communication and willingness to learn are essential.

Competenze

• ITI or Diploma (Mechanical) required; BE or BSc in Maths/Physics may be considered.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, drawings, and measurements.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
• Good communication skills and ability to learn fast.

Mansioni

• Assist senior engineers with maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks.

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Trainee Engineer to join our team for Contribution in Customers Product Enhancement and Process Innovation by Providing Services with Metrology Equipment in the mechanical sector. As a Trainee Engineer, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge required to excel in the field of mechanical engineering services. You will work under the guidance of experienced engineers and participate in various projects aimed at delivering high-quality mechanical solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities

1. Assist senior engineers in performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks on mechanical systems and equipment.
2. Learn to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications to understand system components and functionality.
3. Participate in installation and commissioning activities for new mechanical equipment at customer sites.
4. Work on CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines), Laser Trackers, and 3D Scanners under guidance to perform precision measurement and alignment tasks.
5. Develop hands‑on skills to operate, calibrate, and maintain these machines as per project requirements.
6. Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
7. Document measurement results, work activities, observations, and findings accurately for reporting and analysis purposes.
8. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
9. Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars to continuously enhance technical skills and knowledge

Skills and Qualifications

1. Education Criteria-ITI, Diploma (mechanical), BE(mechanical) Or BSc Graduation (Maths, Physics)
2. Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, drawings, and measurements.
3. Willingness to learn and operate CMM, Laser Trackers, and Scanners.
4. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
5. Good communication skills (verbal & written) to interact with team members and customers.
6. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CAD or measurement software is an added advantage.
7. Ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail.
8. Willingness to travel to customer sites as per project requirements.
9. Freshers or candidates with up to 12 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
10. Having 4 and 2 wheeler licenses would be preferred.
