Job summary

DRK Infracon Llp is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at the Karnataka project site. You will read civil drawings and specs, coordinate with contractors and project managers, and ensure ongoing work complies with approved designs and standards.

You will monitor material quality, oversee concrete work, reinforcement, formwork, masonry, and finishes, and prepare daily reports and measurements. Involved duties include BOQ support, scheduling, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Read and interpret civil engineering drawings and specifications.
• Monitor site work to ensure compliance with approved designs and standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project managers.
• Inspect construction materials and ensure quality control.
• Monitor concrete work, reinforcement, formwork, masonry, and finishing activities.
• Prepare daily progress reports, site records, and measurement sheets.
• Estimate quantities of materials and assist in preparing BOQs.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, and material requirements.
• Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Assist in billing, quantity surveying, and project documentation.S
