Job summary

Royal Shelter is seeking a site supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at the project site and ensure work adheres to drawings and specifications.

You will monitor labour, subcontractors, and material usage, check quality and safety standards, and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, architects, and structural consultants to keep progress on track.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor labourers, subcontractors, and material usage at the site.
• Check the quality of construction work and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, architects, and structural consultants.
• Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Maintain daily site reports, labour records, material records, and work progress updates.
• Identify site issues and report delays or technical problems to the Project Manager.
• Ensure proper storage and utilisation of construction materials.
• Assist in quantity measurements, material estimation, and billing verification.
