The candidate will troubleshoot issues, support CAPEX projects, ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, and drive continuous improvement across maintenance activities and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (B.E. / B.Tech).
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance or plant operations.
• Hands-on engineer with problem-solving skills and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for plant equipment and utilities.
• Improve equipment reliability through troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Support mechanical engineering and CAPEX project execution.
