Job summary

Talent Truimph Rk Solutions in Haryana seeks an Electrical and Maintenance Engineer to oversee maintenance of injection molding systems, presses, welding, and utilities. You will drive preventive and breakdown maintenance, target MTTR/MTBF, and supervise a maintenance team to ensure high uptime.

The role requires a technical degree/diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering with hands-on experience in PLC panels, welding equipment, TPM, and 5S/Kaizen practices.

Qualifications

• UG: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical; diploma alternatives listed.
• ITI candidates in relevant trades considered with experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Press, Welding, Hydraulic/Pneumatic and Utility machines.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance; manage MTTR/MTBF.
• Handle PLC/control panels, welding machine repair and spares.
• Enforce LOTO, TPM, 5S, Kaizen; lead a maintenance team.
