Job summary

Flocon Industries is seeking a Mechanical Draughtsman to prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings based on engineers’ specifications, leveraging CAD tools like AutoCAD and SolidWorks. The role focuses on translating concepts into precise drawings, creating assembly and part drawings, and maintaining records.

You will collaborate with engineers and the project team, revise drawings per feedback, ensure accurate documentation, and support related design tasks.

Qualifications

Overview: A Mechanical Draughtsman (or Draftsperson) prepares detailed technical drawings and plans for mechanical equipment, components, and systems based on engineers specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD)
• Convert design concepts and sketches into accurate technical drawings
• Prepare assembly and part drawings with dimensions, tolerances, and materials

Essential requirements:

• At least 1 year of prior experience in Mechanical Draughtsman at an engineering company.
• Candidate to be living in western line of Mumbai for ease of travelling.
• Candidate needs to be willing to work for minimum 18 months from start of employment.
